Some NBA News first:
1.The Cleveland Cavaliers are now your Eastern Conference Champions! They ousted Detroit from playoff contention with an 82-98 drubbing of the Pistons in Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Once again, Daniel "Boobie" Gibson, the rookie from Texas, was the factor of the game as he scored 31 points. He made lots of outside shots for Cleveland in crunch time. Because of the win, Cleveland will appear in their first NBA Finals appearance and face the San Antonio Spurs in what should be an exciting series.
2. Detroit's future is really uncertain. Chauncey Billups will be a free agent. One thing they lacked in the postseason was that Chris Webber's production was limited. They need a better center to compliment Rasheed Wallace and Tayshaun Prince.
3. It's official: Steve Kerr is the new General Manager of the Suns.
THE ENTRY:
In just 5 hours and 30 minutes, it will be June 4. This just means it's the kickoff of the school year. Well, with my excitement to come to school, I want my first day to be a memorable one. And if I learn that a teacher(No comment for now on who the teacher is) that I'm really scared of is one of our teachers, I would be kinda disappointed. Sorry to say that but it's true.
Hmm. . . I would like to say that my blog would be updated on a weekly basis now. I have to get focused about school now and I'm serious to attain success this time around.
I actually feel a little uneasy now. I'm just being paranoid about the happenings tomorrow. Don't know why but I am really feeling uneasy now.
I'm currently doing some forum posting(I'm on an online war now with that guy who seems to want a piece of my bickering) and doing some other important stuff.

THE RETURN OF SCHOOL
Well, it's only almost 24 hours before school begins anew. According to Ate Kat, the adviser of Exodus would be a certain Mrs. Pascual. I don't know who she is but I'm still excited to go to school. As far as I know, there are 19 from Amity, 19 from Counsel and some unknown sections that constitute the population of Exodus.
Now that a new school year arrives, there are always some bummers. One is that Friday's dismissal time is now 4:30 pm. That's what you call a nerve-racker. C'mon! Friday is the time wherein students enjoy after school hours then they will add some time to the Friday schedule?!? WTH is that anyway!
Another complaint is . . . I think that the Intramurals must be extended. Well, this suggestion has been rejected because of this reason: SIMPLICITY OF LIFESTYLE. WTF! The school must somehow improve and elevate. Simplicity of lifestyle won't do good nowadays in a country wherein innovation is the trend.
That's for the complaints for now. I'm just really excited to meet my friends again and start a new chapter in my life.

POLITICAL STANDPOINT
With Fr. Ed Panlilio's win in the gubernatorial race in Pampanga, many people wondered if he could serve two duties at the same time? According to Pangasinan Archbishop Oscar V. Cruz, a Canon Law expert, Fr. Panlilio must resign his priestly duties first before doing political duties. To quote Archbishop Cruz, "It is no less than the Universal Canon Law prohibits any cleric - deacon, priest and bishop -from assuming any public office that partakes of the exercise of civil power. There is clearly an infraction of the Universal Canon Law."
This lingering matter has been the talk of Pampanga since Fr. Panlilio won. This matter has even reached the Vatican and in the Catholic University in Washington D.C. They asked which rule would prevail, the Canon Law or the Vatican's "allowing to perform two duties at the same time"? Well, according to Fr. Robert J. Levis, it is a grave scandal and an act of disobedience to God.
Many Kapampangans have been ignoring this issue since... they firmly believe that with Fr. Panlilio emerging victorious, Pampanga has a better chance of attaining good governance.
If you ask my opinion though, Fr. Panlilio must resign from his preistly duties to avoid legal issues in the future. Law and order must be enforced and as the Canon Law implies, what Fr. Panlilio did was deemed illegal.

I'M PART OF EXODUS! WOOT!
First and foremost, I was shocked that I was a student of Exodus. I really thought that I was in Genesis but good thing, I landed in Exodus. Yes, it was a good thing that I landed in Exodus because . . . I can now be more serious about important things in my life. It's not that I'm mad but I consider landing in Exodus a big blessing indeed. 'Nuff said.
Another is, I'm now officially a Windows Vista user! The OS is so nice! The interface is cool! There is a niggle though, you need high requirements for it.
Next week is the beginning of school and I'm excited to go to school! Well, I will have my haircut on Sunday to make my hair short just like my hairstyle last year.
Now some NBA Talk:
1. Kobe Bryant has officially backed off from his trade demand. He said that he will just tell Dr. Jerry Buss his complaints and move forward.
2. The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Detroit Pistons by the score of 109-107. LeBron James was the man for Cleveland as he scored a career playoff-high of 48 points- scoring the Cavaliers' last 25 and 29 of 30, to lift the scoring load for Cleveland. The key moment was when he made that three pointer to tie the game at 107. Then he made the winning basket by driving hard at the basket. For Detroit, it suffered a big blow when forward Antonio McDyess was ejected from the game because of a flagrant foul that he committed on Anderson Varejao. With the win, Cleveland now leads 3-2 and pushes Detroit to the brink of elimination.
3. Billy Donovan, the current head coach of Florida University, has been hired to be the Head Coach of the Orlando Magic.
4. The Indiana Pacers have officially hired Jim O' Brien as their Head Coach. O' Brien was the former Head Coach of the Celtics and the 76ers respectively.
5. The Memphis Grizzlies have now hired Suns assistant Marc Iavaroni as their Head Coach.
WWE TALK:
1. ONE NIGHT STAND NEWS
Expect John Cena vs. The Great Khali at Sunday’s One Night Stand PPV to go a lot longer than previous contests. Given the fact that Cena can use weapons and brawl outside of the ring, he will not have to rely solely on trying to sale Khali’s lack of wrestling ability. The WWE creative team does not feel comfortable booking Khali in long wrestling matches due to his lack of skill inside of the ring.
Preliminary plans for Sunday's Randy Orton vs Rob Van Dam match at One Night Stand were for Orton to squash the ECW “legend.” However, after Vince McMahon learned that it had become public knowledge that this was Van Dam’s last match with the company there have been whispers that McMahon intends to keep RVD around for another week or two to outsmart the “smart” fans. Furthermore, do not be surprised if RVD walks out the winner at Sunday’s PPV and even remains with the company for a couple more television appearances.
